The City of Cumberland is reinstituting Mask Requirements and social distancing requirements at City Hall, effective today. The public will be allowed in City Hall from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for making payments. No more than four visitors are permitted in the rotunda at any one time. Admittance to other offices will be accommodated by appointment only. The city is making every effort to keep employees and citizens safe during the resurgence of COVID, and is encouraging the use of phone calls and emails to conduct business, whenever possible.
