MORE COVID CASES REPORTED, POSITIVITY RATE DECREASING

Maryland is announcing over a thousand new COVID cases, while the state’s positivity rate is back on the decline.  Health officials reported one-thousand-398 new cases today and 17 deaths related to the virus.  The percentage of people testing positive in the state decreased by point-zero-two-percent, now standing at three-point-89-percent.  Health officials say the vast majority of new cases are among the unvaccinated.
