West Virginia Senators Manchin and Capito are not expecting much gas pump relief. Their less than optimistic comments came after President Biden released 50 million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Even with the release of more into the market, the price of oil went from 74-dollars a barrel to 78-dollars this week.
