Sixty-year-old Cumberland resident Timothy Michael Kunis was charged with two counts of fourth degree burglary. An arrest warrant was issued on Sunday, for a burglary that occurred on November 30th. Kunis is accused of entering a residence in the 200-block of Grand Avenue on two separate occasions, after previously making a delivery to the residence. He was taken to Central Booking and received a District Court hearing, where he was released on personal recognizance.
