2016 FLOOD HOUSING RECOVERY NEARS COMPLETION

Nearly five-and-a-half years after the June 2016 flood, West Virginia is nearing completion of providing homes for those who lost theirs in the high water.  The state Department of Commerce says that through November, the housing project is at 90-percent complete, with only 37 more projects to be wrapped up. The infrastructure project of replacing bridges is at about 80-percent complete.
