Timothy Farrell has been named the acting principal at George’s Creek Elementary School, succeeding Mrs. Tara Fazenbaker, who is retiring. The appointment is effective today. Farrell earned his Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and his Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision, both from Frostburg State University. He has been an elementary teacher at both George’s Creek Elementary School and Northeast Elementary School. Most recently, he had been the assistant principal at Northeast Elementary School.
