The average price for a gallon of regular gas in Pennsylvania is down by half a cent as compared to a week ago. Triple-A says the price at the pump statewide as of Tuesday is three dollars and 55 cents. The national average for regular gas is three-oh-two a gallon. A year ago, gas was two-dollars and 52 cents per gallon in the state.
