Maryland health officials are reporting a spike in the state’s COVID-19 positivity rate. The percentage of people testing positive rose to 17-point-58 today. That’s an increase of one-point-04 percent since Monday. Health officials are also reporting more than 65-hundred new COVID cases and 18-hundred people hospitalized with the illness.
