Cumberland City Police have surveillance video, and are looking for two men, wanted in an attempted burglary at a business on Baltimore Street in downtown Cumberland on Saturday. The victim was awakened by a man trying to open a window to his apartment, which is above the business. The suspect fled when he was discovered by the victim. Officers later found the suspect had tampered with the electrical boxes, cutting the wires. About 15 minutes later, a different man was seen, pacing near the building.
