Fifty-seven-year-old Karen Naomi Eveler was charged with second-degree assault, after police responded to a New Hampshire Avenue residence on Sunday. Injuries were observed to a male victim. She was charged, and received an initial appearance in Allegany County District Court. She is currently being held at the Detention Center.
