Pennsylvania health officials are adding nearly 83,000 COVID-19 cases to their running total. Eighty-two-thousand-820 cases were reported this past Friday, Saturday and Sunday, according to the Health Department. The statewide positivity rate is now 34-point-one percent. That means one in every three people who test for the virus have it.
