Relatively speaking, gas prices are significantly lower than average in Pennsylvania. As reported by Triple-A yesterday, Keystone Staters were paying an average of just under four-24 for a gallon of regular unleaded. Gas prices continue to be worse in California, where the average, per-gallon price was five-78. Midwesterners, however, have it fairly easy. Triple-A reported yesterday that the average gas price in Missouri was pegged at just under three-79 per gallon. Kansas and Oklahoma came in at number two and three, respectively.
