Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolfe has been highlighting the benefits of last year’s federal infrastructure funding bill and how they will become reality in Pennsylvania. He and planning officials on Wednesday declared more than 229-million-dollars in projects are either continuing or starting this year in six counties in north central Pennsylvania. He also is asking drivers to make sure to observe speed limits and safety precautions in work zones.
