The federal case against Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby will move forward. A judge on Thursday denied defense motions to dismiss the indictment against Mosby and to remove the federal prosecutor from the case. The judge also turned down a request for a bill of particulars, or a detailed, written statement of claims by the prosecutor. Mosby is facing charges of perjury and making false statements on applications to buy two Florida homes. Her jury trial is set to begin in September.
