MAN ARRESTED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT, DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

Thirty-three-year-old James Robert Michael Langway was held on a temporary bond, after police were called to a business in the 400-block of Maryland Avenue for a disturbance. A suspect had broken a display rack in the business, and caused a disturbance with employees and other customers. He had left the area, and was found a short time later, creating another disturbance on Park Street, yelling at passing vehicles and throwing garbage in a parking lot. He was arrested and received an initial appearance in District Court. He was charged with disorderly conduct, destruction of property and littering.
