The Mineral County Board of Education has voted to construct a new, modular building on the grounds of Fort Ashby Primary School. It will be used while the new Frankfort Elementary School in Short Gap is under construction. The cost of the modular building was just over $134,000. White Marsh, Maryland’s Wilmot Modular Structures will be the new facility.
