Forty-six-year-old Janelle Lucinda Keating was released, pending her initial appearance in Allegany County District Court. She told officers she had been assaulted at a residence in the 100-block of Arch Street, but evidence contradicted that claim. Ms. Keating was also prohibited from being at the residence. She was charged with a violation of pre-trial release conditions, and making a false statement to an officer.
