Berlin resident Christopher Crites is accused of raping an unconscious woman at his home in August of last year. The Pennsylvania State Police received a report of a sexual assault in which the victim claimed she had been raped by Crites. He is being charged with the rape of an unconscious victim, sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault. He was arraigned earlier this month and was released on unsecured $25,000 bail.
