Thirty-two-year-old Christopher James Tabler was charged with CDS possession, after Cumberland police officers responded to a complaint. Tabler allowed them into the residence, where police found a baggie of a suspected controlled dangerous substance. He admitted the baggie belonged to him. He was taken into custody, and later released on a criminal citation, pending trial.
