A criminal summons was served on Todd Ellsworth Adams of Cumberland yesterday. The criminal summons was issued by District Court, stemming from a theft complaint from April 20th. The victim accused Adams of stealing money from a purse. He signed for the criminal summons and was released, pending trial in District Court.
