DOCUMENTS IN MARILYN MOSBY CASE UNSEALED

Four documents in the perjury case against Baltimore’s top prosecutor are unsealed.  A federal judge released the group of papers yesterday but ordered others to remain private.  The records request was made by “The Daily Record,” “The Baltimore Sun” and “The Baltimore Banner.”  City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby is set to go to trial in September on suspicion of perjury and making a false statement on a loan application.  She pleaded not guilty on all four counts.
