Thirty-five-year old Kevin Paul Bailey of Cumberland has been charged for make several false reports. In one, Bailey claimed he was being chased by a man with a gun. He called several other times to report he was being followed and people were unlawfully entering his residence. He was charged with three counts of making a false statement and obstructing and hindering. He received an initial court appearance, and later released on his own recognizance.
