Thirty-six-year-old David Aaron Twigg was charged with second-degree assault, following a Saturday afternoon incident in the 200-block of Fairfax Street. A female resident told police she was trying to leave the residence, when Twigg grabbed her by the arm and threw her to the ground. She sustained injuries, and Twigg was arrested. He received a District Court hearing, and was released on personal recognizance.
