John Thomas Gordon, of Bayard, West Virginia, is facing one felony charge of civil disorder and a handful of other misdemeanors after his arrest last week. The West Virginia man is identified as the one throwing an object multiple times at a door at the U. S. Capitol on January 6th. Gordon has a long history of drug and firearm convictions under his belt. The FBI made the arrest after a tip, and then an interview with a person who had a relationship with the suspect.
