Everett resident Domenick Gillespie has been charged with one felony and 110 summary offenses following a police pursuit last weekend. State Police, on routine patrol in Manns Choice, saw a motorcycle failing to come to a complete stop at several signs and not using his turn signal. He was also weaving in the lane. Gillespie allegedly failed to stop for their emergency lights and fled the area at a high rate of speed, committing several traffic violations. The pursuit continued through nine townships and boroughs in Bedford County, before he exited the roadway. Troopers eventually took him into custody in a field. He told police he ran because the motorcycle had not been inspected, and that he didn’t have a motorcycle license.
