Cumberland resident Benayah Reuben Del Toro was charged, following an incident early Saturday morning at a business in the 200-block of Greene Street. Del Toro drank a beverage inside the business and left without paying. Police say he wouldn’t provide them with his name and began yelling at the officer, creating a disturbance. He was arrested, received an appearance in District Court, and was released on personal recognizance.
