A new report says Maryland has some of the best schools in America. It ranked fifth on WalletHub’s 2022 States with the Best & Worst School Systems study. It compared 32 key metrics, including dropout rate, test scores and safety. WalletHub says the state with the best schools is Massachusetts and the worst is New Mexico.
