Cumberland resident Crystal Gayle Grady was arrested early yesterday in the area of Pershing Street. She was seen during a routine patrol actively tampering with a car. During her arrest, sher began to yell and scream, and assaulted an officer. She also attempted to break away from the officer. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, awaiting an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
