GOVERNOR ALLOWS OUT-OF-STATE RESIDENTS TO SEEK ABORTION CARE IN PA.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf recently signed an executive order allowing out-of-state residents to seek reproductive health care services in Pennsylvania without fear of prosecution. In a statement, he said it’s important to make sure victims of domestic violence can seek reproductive health care services. The executive order also affirms the governor will decline any request received from another state that’s pursuing anyone through an arrest warrant, unless the charges are also criminal offenses under Pennsylvania law.
