After several months, the 690-million dollar purchase of Hope Gas is expected to close. In February, Hearthstone Utilities offered to purchase the utility. Once the deal is complete, Hearthstone is planning to open their new headquarters in the former Mylan facility on Chestnut Ridge Road in Morgantown. That alone will create 100 new jobs.
