Renovation of the Mineral County Courthouse facility may soon go to bid; renovations include the courthouse itself, the detention center and the judicial annex. RFPs, or Requests for Proposals for interim financing could go out as soon as today. The Mineral County Commissioners also purchased the Main Street parking lot behind the Armstrong Street properties for $50,000. That move was approved during this week’s meeting.
