The Mountaintop Beverage facility at the Morgantown Industrial Park is expected to be open by the end of the year. The total investment in the plant that will bottle dairy, coffee and other drinks is more than 300-million dollars. The state-of-the-art pasteurization process they will use is someone new in the U.S. Mountaintop Beverage will use ultra-high temperatures to pasteurize the drinks and then bottle immediately into sterile bottles with special packaging to keep them sealed from outside air. Initially the plant will employ 300 people.
