MAN CHARGED WITH VIOLATION OF PROBATION

Cumberland resident Cody Michael Skelley was arrested for violation of probation by Allegany County Circuit Court. His original charges were for possession of CDS, not marijuana. He was taken to Central Booking and held without bond.
