It has been a pretty tough flu season in Australia. That matters because what happens down under during our summer, their winter is often a pretty good indicator for what we have to look forward to. Some members of the health community are predicting this could be the toughest flu season in our region in the past five years. Many are fearing a peak of the coronavirus and the flu at the same time in December is possible. The CDC is recommending getting both a flu shot and the latest COVID-19 booster vaccines.
