A Cumberland resident was arrested Friday, for allegedly threatening another person with a gun. Thirty-three-year-old Julianna Maris Kosub, of Altamont Terrace, was arrested for following a victim there and harassing them. She also allegedly produced a gun. She received a District Court appearance and was later released on her own recognizance.
