BURGLARY, TRESPASSING, OTHER CHARGES FILED AGAINST FROSTBURG MAN

Leonard Lewis Livengood of Frostburg has been charged with burglary, trespassing, harassment, and other charges, following an incident in the 200-block of Charles Street on Tuesday. Livengood had allegedly broken into a home, and the victim said they have had ongoing issues with him. He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, held on a $5,000 bond. He was also served with an active criminal summons, also involving the victims on Charles Street. He was accused of making repeated, harassing phone calls, making false 911 calls and making false statements to police officers.
