David Easton Williams is being held without bond, following an assault, involving a knife, in the 400-block of Baltimore Avenue early Wednesday evening. The victim had been arguing with Williams, when he brandished a knife, and began to threaten them in a reckless manner. He was arrested, seen by a District Court Commissioner, and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, and is being held without bond.
