Cumberland resident Rachel Natalie Brotemarkle faces numerous charges, following a Saturday incident in the 400-block of Virginia Avenue. Officers found an intoxicated person in a car; the suspect became argumentative with officers, and allegedly kicked one of the officers. She received a District Court hearing, and was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
