AMENDMENT TWO SOUNDLY DEFEATED IN WEST VIRGINIA

West Virginia Governor Jim Justice is cheerleading the defeat of Amendment Two. Seven out of ten voters said no to the plan that would have exempted the personal property taxes on cars, and business inventory and machinery.
