WEST VIRGINIA’S COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY ENDS JANUARY 1ST

Governor Jim Justice has announced he’s ending West Virginia’s state of emergency for the COVID-19 pandemic as of January first.  The action will end the state of emergency that began more than two-and-a-half years ago on March 16th, 2020.  It gave Governor Justice special authority to respond to and manage the state’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
