As he prepares to leave office, Governor Tom Wolf says he’s sure he’ll second-guess himself about certain decisions he made while serving. But during an interview, he said how he handled business re-openings with waivers during the COVID epidemic in the state wasn’t one of them. Wolf also named other biggest accomplishments as giving public education a greater investment, lowering the number of uninsured Pennsylvanians, rebuilding the commonwealth’s rainy day fund and reducing incarceration rates.
