Two Cumberland residents were charged with theft, after police responded to a business in the 200-block of Franklin Street. Both Kimberly Dawn Hughes and Jessica Nicole Porter were allegedly taking items from a business there, and both were still on the property as police arrived. Both were issued criminal citations for theft and released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
