Democrat John Fetterman is now Pennsylvania’s newest U.S. senator. The former lieutenant governor captured the Senate seat in November, protecting his party’s 50-vote majority in the 100-person chamber. The 6-foot-8-inch Fetterman, who is known for wearing hoodies and shorts, wore a suit and tie as he and other incoming lawmakers were sworn in for their six-year terms Tuesday.
