Hard work and dedication are characteristics of many Marylanders. Governor Larry Hogan celebrated the retirement of Donna Shuman late last week. Shuman spent nearly 40-years in the Office of the Governor. During her employment, she worked under more than a handful of governors. Hogan said Donna played a key part in his administration.
