New Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro is highlighting inclusivity, freedom and education as he takes office. The comments came in his inaugural address when the former state attorney general was sworn in Tuesday in Harrisburg as Pennsylvania’s 48th governor. Shapiro also said the stories he’s heard from everyday people have given him “tremendous motivation.”
