West Virginia teachers may soon have a new law in their back pocket to help maintain order in their classroom. If House Bill-2890 is passed it would give teachers to remove disruptive students from the classroom, and once that student reaches three strikes over a month’s time, they will be suspended. The bill now heads to the Senate for their debate and eventual vote.
