The Pennsylvania Superior Court has upheld the conviction of Bedford County resident Jensun Claycomb. He was accused of nearly killing his 6-month-old daughter in 2020, causing her to suffer cardiac and respiratory distress after “shaking her.” He was sentenced to serve 6 to 15 years in state prison, after being found guilty. Three Pennsylvania Superior Court judges rejected the argument that the prosecution’s evidence in his trial was “insufficient.” Claycomb is serving his sentence at SCI-Mercer.
