GARRETT COUNTY HEALTH AND WELLNESS FAIR

The Garrett County Steps to Better Health Committee (STEPS) is announcing the annual Garrett County Health and Wellness Fair will be held on Saturday, April 11th. The free community event brings together local healthcare providers, wellness organizations, and community partners to promote healthy living and connect residents with valuable health resources.
