MAN ARRESTED FOR DISTURBING THE PEACE

Michael William Maggio of Cumberland was arrested Tuesday, after allegedly creating a disturbance at a business in the 400-block of Virginia. Employees said a person was yelling profanities and threatening staff. He was charged with disturbing the peace and was to have received a District Court hearing.
