The West Virginia State Police say they have a suspect in a Sunday murder in Mineral County. Twenty-two-year-old Emma Westover was found dead in a vehicle Sunday afternoon near Antioch. The investigation is underway with State Police being assisted by the Mineral County Sheriff’s Department.
